  The main scope of this service is to review the testing processes, methods and techniques applied within your Testing Team and determine the directions to follow in order to improve the overall testing process. The objectives of the assessment are: – define the actual testing process, positive and negative issues within the actual process – determine the testing process areas suitable for improvement and the necessary improvement actions – analyze the opportunity of adapting the testing process to the use of automatic testing tools The assessment and the final solution will be based on Test Process Improvement ® (TPI) Model, BS7925-1 Software Testing Vocabulary Standard, BS7925-2 Software Component Testing Standard, IEEE 829 Documentation Standard and ISO/IEC 29119.

• Test Management

  The objective of this service is to create workflows and written testing procedures for the testing team. The purpose of this service is to put in writing a guideline of the testing activities for any testing project. During this phase, an automated workflow and standard procedures will be created and distributed to the testing team in order to be used during the testing project, based on the information agreed during the analysis phase. Also, during this phase there will be created and delivered a testing strategy template, the project plan model and templates for reports to be used during the testing project. There will be also defined the KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) to be used in Testing Management Tools for monitoring the evolution and status of the testing project.
